To access your Association’s portal page, enter the Portal Number (received in your first Condo.Voting email, where you set up your password) in the first field above.
Enter your Username (which is your email address) in the second field above
Enter your Password (which you created) in the third field above.
Once you have entered your Association’s Portal Number, your Username, and your Password, click the button above to enter your Association’s members-only portal.
Your manager/admin does NOT know your password, so to change it at anytime go to the My Profile section once inside the portal or, if you forget the same, click Reset Password above and you will receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
Once inside your Association’s portal page, you can vote at anytime, view the notice and agenda for the meeting, review candidate information, link to websites, see archives, view live video feed of the meeting while it takes place and see recorded messages.
After voting, remember to log back on to Condo.Voting (where you will again need to submit your Portal Number, your Username, and Password to login) on the date and time of the meeting to watch the majority of the meeting (if your Association has opted to broadcast the same).

Condo.Voting is a proprietary software system owned by Voting Portals, LLC which delivers the most advanced platform today in online voting and related services for non-profit condominiums and homeowners associations. The software complies with F.S. 718 and F.S. 720, providing a unique, password-protected, user-friendly portal experience for consenting association members. The multi-functional program allows users to vote in board elections and on other association issues in a secure manner by using encrypted voting codes with multiple levels of credential authentication. Each portal can be fully customized by the in-house administrator (manager) including adding logos, links to favorite websites, photos, and other images to create a familiar look and feel for each association. The dynamic software also allows users to be able to view notices, agendas, presentations and other documents, video recordings and/or live streaming video of meetings, all from their mobile device or computer. Administrators can also upload messages and other content they wish to display, as well as archive information, send emails, keep roster information organized, and track voting and other status matters. Condo.Voting is currently free to use for all associations and their members once the association registers and opens an account with Voting Portals, LLC.
